Purchases in Tiendartesana are subject to commercial law in effect. Commercial invoices will be issued by www.tiendartesana.com in Bogota , Colombia . Commercial Identification Number for www.tiendartesana.com : 84103577-6. Invoices will be issued in Colombian Pesos, Dollars, Euros, according to the currency used in the transaction.
Colors and designs for the handcrafts may vary depending on the artists' expression because every piece is unique and unrepeatable.
In case products are on sale, these will be labeled and identified as such and the sale will remain effective until it continues to appear on screen.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COURRIER
Tiendartesana announces that all handcrafts bought by our costumers will be sent in no more than a week's time, prior payment verification.
Dates and times of delivery are subject to change, depending on FEDEX, and the place of delivery established by the costumer.
For additional security, FEDEX offers package tracking service for each delivery, and has a service through out the entire country and world.

Costs are given automatically by this system, taking into account product weight (kilograms) and the destination provided by the costumer at the moment of registration, or provided by the costumer at the moment of purchase. *Tax charges are assumed by the costumer.*

Tiendartesana verifies that all products are in excellent condition and also offers quality control within the packaging process.
Return policy will only be effective when miss treatment o damage of the handcraft has been proven during the courrier service to its destination.
